GET FIT - KEEP FIT
The Get Fit - Keep Fit celebrated its first birthday on Friday 5 Jul 13 at its weekly session. As can be seen from the photos most of those sharing the cake and other goodies were present when the first photos were taken. A number of regulars were away on holiday or working and sent their good wishes and apologies. Everyone agreed that attending regularly enhanced their fitness and well-being.
