MOGGERHANGER AND CHALTON BUILDINGS

Moggerhanger and Chalton have a rich heritage of buildings including many that are listed. There are many thatched houses which give residents and visitors alike much to admire as they make their way around our parish.

We hope to bring you the history of many of these buildings and we start off with 1-3 Blunham Road, 24 Park Road and Old Forge Cottage. We will bring you more as they become available.

Bedford Borough Council and Central Bedfordshire Council Working Together have a collection of histories of some of the most interesting buildings in Moggerhanger including many of the farms, two public houses and Moggerhanger Vicarage.
